Orlando Rene Cicilia, Esquire

EDUCATED AND TRAINED IN FLORIDA, ORLANDO PRACTICES PROPERTY LAW WITH A SPECIAL FOCUS ON RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL LENDING.

Orlando Rene Cicilia was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where he attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School Florida. At Belen, he was taught the value of service. Following his time there, Orlando embarked on missionary work in the Dominican Republic during the summers of his junior and senior years. He later attended Florida International University and graduated in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

In May of 2010, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in October of 2010, and today he is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section. Orlando concentrates his practice on residential and commercial real property law. He also drafts and reviews commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, represents lenders in commercial and residential loan transactions, and represents clients large and small with the sale or purchase of real property.  

For Orlando, communication is key. He uses his experience as a licensed real estate agent to ensure there are clear lines of communication between all parties in any given transaction. This allows him to anticipate and remove any obstacles which would prevent a successful transaction from taking place.
